Terms and conditions

Products and packaging are subject to change without prior notice and in this event, we will offer a replacement which will be of equal or higher value.

Dispatch days 

All orders received Sunday to Wednesday will be dispatched the following day (unless a preferred delivery date is specified) via Royal Mail tracked 24. Orders placed from Thursday to Saturday will be dispatched on Monday (excludes Bank Holidays)  Saturday deliveries are possible, please contact us for details.

Fresh produce 

In general, most bakery items should be consumed within 5 days of the dispatch date, (although our brownies will last about 7 days and the tiffin will last for about 2 weeks), cream has a use by date on it. Of course the BBE dates do vary but the above should be considered prior to your commitment to buy.  If you are in any doubt, please contact us prior to ordering. On Rodda's website they state that the cream is fine un-refrigerated for 24-48 hours but we send it  in insulated packaging to keep it at fridge temperature during transit.

Delivery Instructions 

Unless otherwise requested the order will be dispatched via Royal Mail tracked 24, this is not a guaranteed service, if you require a guaranteed service please contact us.  If the package cannot be delivered, a card will be left advising the recipient to collect at local sorting office or arrange another delivery.  In the unlikely event that the delivery is delayed, due to no fault of our own, The Cornish Scone Company cannot accept responsibility, however, should the item be in unusable condition due to the delay we will replace it. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched. 

Delivery Zones 

Currently not available for overseas. Delivery is only available to all areas within the mainland UK. For orders outside UK mainland, there are restrictions and import duties involved on certain produce so we respectfully ask you to contact us prior to ordering.

Cancellation/Returns 

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours prior to the dispatch date although this will incur a small administration charge. If you are not completely happy with your hamper,  please contact us to arrange return within 24 hours. The full value of the hamper will be refunded on receipt of undamaged/in date goods excluding postage. If goods are returned to us via the courier following unsuccessful delivery attempts and where delivery instructions have been met, refunds will not be given.

Payment 

We accept most major credit cards through paypal.

Privacy & Protectio
